WANTED Livery near Borrowash, Derby

Just wondered if anyone on here could help me? I am looking for a DIY livery yard, for one gelding, within approximately 20 minutes from Borrowash, Derby. Would also require additional services eg turnout or bring in. Must be close to good off road hacking and have a menage. Space to park a trailer would also be useful. Thank you.
 
Thank you Snowfinch, have just looked and they only offer DIY - I would need a bit of extra help. Does anyone know of anywhere else? I am really flexible on area, as don't mind travelling for the right yard. Thank you.
 
There is yard near Elvaston which was called Lakeview however I know one of the owners died but there are still horses there. If you drive from Borrowash to Elvaston, there is a farm entrance on the right just before the traffic lights. It is there. You can easily get to the Castle to hack. All the details for it relate to the previous owner so not sure they are correct. It could be worth just driving in.

There are also yards in Ockbrook (I actually live there but don't keep my horse there) but you would have to hack on the roads.
There is also Woodpecker stables. They do part and full livery. Very good care - belongs to my vets wife.
There is Draycott House also. I think they have off road hacking but not sure it is open all year.
