The tank didn’t come in to season when anticipated and then decided to I exited my dog so at the end of March. I had kept intact as remained undecided still about a litter. She will be speyed in three months as that was really the conclusion we reached prior to this season and we’re just waiting for the next to be over n done.

if anyone has a time machine to bring that forward I’d be thankful. Why, you ask?

they are all obviously away from each other at the moment - which isn’t an issue. Today, when she is probably at the height of things, the boys clearly got a whiff of her. They have not only started bickering over thin air when usually best pals (again I could cope with this as it’ll pass) but my Sunday morning has been a real treat.

I assume many of you had a lie in, a nice breakfast or a sedate walk - me? I had to chase an adolescent male corgi around the garden, who was screaming, as after lots of air humping (no bitch anywhere near) which lead to his his tickle tackle not only popping out, but seemingly refusing to go back in and ended up with a thin branch attached to it - which sent him into hysteria. Then, upon wrangling him into some state of calm, did my best James Herriot to ‘resolve the problem’.

Not the perfect Sunday morning. And I can’t face the neighbours for at least a week. Bring on July, any questioning re a litter has gone as am certainly not going through another season with the chuckle brothers around! If only I had outdoor kennels!
