Good all rounder, must move well (and straight), but jumping ability most important, must be brave and bold, with good technique.

Desire to please and will to work also a deifnite plus.

Quite happy to take on something with a few vices so long as the basics and tempearment are sound.

Must be well put together and good in company or alone.. and even better if he likes hunting! good price paid for right animal, lol..

My brother is in need of a new home.

Tall, dark & (semi) handsome. A tart with the ladies unless he is shown a firm hand, needs slapping down as can get full of himself. Good in company & will go in front or behind, forward going & alert but does need a strong hand.

Nice paces, very bold & confident. Enjoys all sports (viewing) will test you to your limit in some ways but generally has a heart of gold.

Aged. Gelding him would probably improve his temperament no end

but would make good foundation stallion. Not for a novice as he needs a confident & experienced handler.

A few vices but nothing out of the ordinary. Can be difficult to catch, generally won over with food.

Excellent manners on ground & ridden.

Definitely a ladies ride

Well, I must say, a rather disappointing response, not that I expected any better. How much you asking for your bro Jhoward? And is he gonna be too much for me? I've retrained plenty to go on to be successful with other riders, but looking for a keeper this time, one that'll give as good as he gets and push my buttons right back lol.

Send him up north for a day's hunting with me and we can do a thorough 5 stage vetting. does he perform on any surface?

Perhaps I should look at an office job where there's a more ready supply of this now rather sparsely availbable breed...
