Wanted yard to rent in Berkshire, hampshire and surrounding areas. please help!!

Hi

I am looking for a yard to rent with accommodation on site. I am looking in Berkshire, Hampshire and surrounding areas but not at extortinate prices. I am looking for something with a school, stables and decent fields as i have two big horses. Please help if you know of anywhere.

Would be willing to take a yard on as have a few friends that are looking too as can't be doing with yard politics and paying a fortune in livery to find you are not getting what you were promised. So would rather have a yard with people i can trust that respect peoples things.
