WANTED - Yard to rent in Berkshire

I'm looking for a yard to rent in Berkshire, as close as possible to J11/12 of the M4 (Reading) - Minimum 6 stables, preferably more like 10 or 12.
MUST have decent school (preferrably floodlit) and good all year turnout. All options considered! Seem to be like gold dust so please let me know if anyone hears of anything! message on here or email steph.dewar@rocketmail.com

Hi there, I have been in this area all my life and yes this sort of thing is like gold dust! Think the only one at the moment with this sort of stabling would be Pentire Sports horses but not sure you could run as a livery yard as she run's her own yard from there and it only has 1 school and loads of boxes. Might be worth a try though.

Thanks - good idea but not really what I'm looking for, need decent turnout for my youngsters to live out! Thanks though.
