Wanted: Yard to Rent Lutterworth LE17 area

Hello…We are three mature responsible ladies with 2 horses and 6 small ponies, looking for a ideally sole use yard in the Lutterworth areas.
We need at least 4 useable stables, tack room and hay storage. Must have a school but happy to do renovations etc if needed. Water and electric. Can provide own fencing/troughs.
Tidy and respectable with excellent references available
Substantial monthly rate offered
Long term/permanent arrangement and happy to sign contracts etc
Flexible with moving dates
