Wanted: Yard to Rent, West Midlands

Hi

I am hoping that someone might know of, or be able to point me in the right direct for this!

I am looking to rent a yard out, long term rental in the West Midlands area - any where between Birmingham and Lemington.

Yard needs to have at least 10 stables, good turnout, preferably an out door school, running water and electric, space to park a couple of horse boxes. Budget is fairly flexible.

If anyone knows of anything please please let me know, or if anyone has any ideas of how I can find something like this please again let me know!

I know there's a place going in Shrewley - towards Warwick and Leamington - that has ten stables and is £800pcm but space and facilities-wise, I'm clueless. Know someone who knows more about it; will PM you.
 
Unfortunately I may have missed the boat on that yard, someone has it for 6mths which is up in March and they have first refusal to renew. Very nice lady took my details and promised to keep me updated however, so keeping fingers crossed!

So still looking :)
 
I may know of a yard with 10 boxes. But it's near uttoxeter. 30 mins to m1 and same m6 south. Would that be any help To you .?
