17 hands 1/2 inch, 9years 11months and 23days old chestnut gelding with white star, snip and one white sock, to exchange for very similar type.
Exchange horse must
- see a clean stable as a privilege not a challenge
- not 'save' every bowel movement for the stable rather than field/hack/school
- love to be groomed
- yet avoid mud at all costs
- be at least indifferent to calves, if not enjoy their company
- not see buckets as play-things
- see the benefit of the halt
- not do an impression of a hippo doing an impression of a balletic impala when being mounted in sand-arena or from evil 'very-slightly-taller-than-the-otherwise-identical-one-which-he-now-stands-still-for' white bucket
Would like if
- he could muck himself out on hungover sunday mornings
- on any mornings, he would NOT cover his sh@te and p*ss with clean straw as a deception tactic
- he didn't find a new way in which to block his automatic waterer every day
- he couldn't undo zips
- he didn't find car keys irresistable
- the command "leave it" were not required in the repertoire
- he could learn how to place his feedbucket BACK in its rack
- he knew when to stop eating
- he saw little black yard kitten as a friend, not evil arch-enemy
- it were possible to transfer fancy huge dressagey "going home" walk and trot from last section of hacks into schoolwork, even rest of hacks
- he could tidy away brushes rather than throwing them out of grooming box
- he would come when called instead of hearing his name as a cue to explore the furthest possible corner of the field
Am I asking too much?!
