I know this has been done to death but my poor toes are in need!
I suffer badly from cold feet and chilblains and since purchasing my new horse in the middle of winter Im struggling!
I normally wear a pair of trusty Dunlop wellies - not warm but the only boots that have never leaked (until now because I stood on a nail )
Looking for recommendations to replace them - would prefer to spend around £50 to £75 max if its possible but would stretch further if there were some genuine contenders!
I dont want country boots and having had them before, they dont scrub up as well once youve wadded through the mud. Ive also had mudruckers??? and not heard the best things about other muck boots.
I dont need to ride in them - just want boots that keep my feet toasty and dry while I trek through muddy fields! Oh and dont rub your heels if you have to walk any distance (like my current mountain horse boots).
Ive tried woollen fishing socks over thin cotton socks which help with the cold a bit but not completely so any other suggestions welcome!
