I've decided to buy a pair of warm boots suitable for riding in the winter and am after some recommendations please!
Looking at Rimfrost Riders (the max i'd want to spend, at around £75) or Mark Todd Winter Tall Boots (bit cheaper but look similar). Any other ideas? They have to be warm and I need to be able to hose the mud off them...

I have some muck boots (Tyne model) and they are brill. They are designed for riding as well and because they are made of neoprene at the top keep you snug.

I've got some of the WoofWear long fleece lined ones. They are great for yard duties, but don't bother if you want to ride in them, they slip down your calves!

I wear my Mountain Horse protective rider (I think they're called) for absolutely everything, have only just replaced the last pair after 4 years of day in, day out wear, and they were my son's before he outgrew them and handed them down to me. They're tough, warm and definite value for money

I bought some of the neoprene Muck Boots but never wear them as the foot bits really stiff and uncomfortable, and they get so hot they're steaming when you take them off
