Do not buy from this website, they take your money and don't send out the goods...I am yet another one who has been ripped off by them! Placed order three weeks ago, credit card charged straight away, no delivery of goods, no response to emails. Shocking that these people are still getting away with this after months and months of robbing people!!
 
I ordered stuff at the beginning of March and I am planning on going round as soon as I am free as I live near them. Just can't believe them!
 
OP you can get your money back as you paid by credit card. But take care what you post on a public forum because it's slander and TFC will have no choice but to delete your post. Sorry x.
 
I dont think its libellous (not slanderous)as its not is maliciously or damagingly misrepresenting the company. Sadly its customer after customer having the same bad experience with this company, this is how they appear to operate.
 
Thanks everyone for your comments. Yes, this isn't slander it's the truth. I'm just trying to stop others getting caught out. Will be contacting everyone I can to help spread the word.
 
I'm still waiting from the 12th March, they don't return calls or emails, the only thing they are good at "is taking your money" I have reported them to T&S and my bank is clawing the money back ! Their site now states "temporarily Unavailable" but no doubt they will be back as something else? Also they are on FB they have two profiles , their wall is full with complaints nothing else !
 
Call you credit card company & tell them you have been charged for goods you havent received, they can initiate a chargeback on your card to get your money back.

Thanks for the heads up - its not slanderous as long as you have the evidence to back up your claims should the company take you to task about it!
