I doubt they are a genuine breeder/new user - who on earth would have the confidence to come on here as a newbie and wade in and slag off Elite as they have done?

Lets face it - slagging off a rival agent would be just the same as how he slags of British Breeders.

There was absolutely no call for what they said about Elite.

IF WCS were so concerned - then surely the "owner" could have registered on here and apologised and then set the record straight as Elite have done.

Might have helped salvage something out of the mess.

Going by what I've read on here, if I were breeding this year instead of the one before last - I'd avoid agents like the plague unless I had the references that Elite offer.

Seriously makes me glad that I bred British TBH, found a stallion here, locally, that did what I wanted and it was easy-peasy! Though I guess I'm not trying to breed the next Arko etc...

But you can understand why, sss, given the history of aggro and bannings and reappearances ..... and there's no way that I would describe the questions that I asked in my post "the 3rd degree" - for any genuine breeder who appears to have been around for some time, they are perfectly straightforward and reasonable questions to ask. You, for instance, seemed to be very happy to give a clear description of your breeding philosophy and the stallions you are using on your mares, in a previous thread .... And that was great! But we haven't heard a cheep in response from little_breeder .... if they are a genuine newbie, it would be very quick and easy for them to respond
 
Most newbies would at least introduce themselves!

Can you imagine him trying? I can just hear him having this little conversation with himself...

"Ladies and Gentlemen... oh no, hang on, not talking to ladies, I don't like them at all, they are mean, especially those nasty British ones. I'll start again..."

Totally agree with you!!

I really have no respect whatsoever for KR but its getting to the point where if anyone posts in a slightly KR manner they are getting bombarded!!

As much as he has been pretty nasty to most of us on here there are going to be other people that aren't KR but do have the same mannerisms and views as him... it is a free world after all...

If this is another alias then I would much rather sit back and make no comment other that laugh to myself as I watch him commit further forum suicide!!

Nobody, but nobody would have the exact same mannerisms and attitudes as he does unless they are his clone, perish the thought. LB is no way a newbie, he's been here far too often before.

Southside I find it peculiar that you think it is ok for a complete new user to vilify a business on a forum (indeed you actually attack the other users who stand up for this), yet have never commented on the fact that people have been wronged a great deal by semen agents of late, so I guess you think that is good practice for semen agents and their cohorts to act in this way!

I am sure that if you were one of those mare owners who are having troubles just now, that you would not be trusting of many people either.

As others have said if World Class Stallions have their head in the sand and think life is peachy then there is something far wrong because they MUST know what is being said on open forums about them, afterall this is the horse world, and nothing is a secret unless you keep it to yourself!

So if they have nothing to worry about then you would think that they would either - 1. come on here and set the record straight, or 2. come on here siting everyone as being libellous

Funny that, dont you think!
 
i dont think its right to run down any body on a open forum? im not sticking up for anyone or saying its right to run down anyone(ive spoken to Lisa on numerous occasions and find her most helpful, i cant speak for WCS as i have not used them. All i was saying was "new users" who could be genuine are being asked all kinds of questions and being branded to be someone else who they might not be? this was all i was saying was give them a chance to reply whether they choose to disclose who they are? and how many horses they have and so on is entirely upto them just because they share similar writting skills does not make them the same person i got accused of being like this banned member, for speaking truefully what i thought of British breeding on the Robert Smith thread LOL unless hes my long lost brother i have no connections with him

**sigh** Southside, the point is that you chose NOT to criticise the newbie (who in the Z post describes himself as "having been in breeding for a number of years", so not a novice breeder, obviously, because he also seems to know all about Mr Melchior ....) whereas you DO chose to defend him against what you describe as the "3rd degree". The only 2 posts by LB have both been unprovoked personal attacks -one on Leon Melchior, the other on Lisa of Elite Stallions. "If you live by the sword, you die by the sword" - or in other words, if, as LB did, you go for the jugular first, don't be surprised to receive some fairly strong responses!
 
RBM i choose NOT to criticise any new members on here maybe you are right?maybe you are wrong? im sure there are many breeders who have dealt with Mr Melchior not just KRH im not defending (him) about what i called the 3rd degree as i dont know if hes a she? or what sex the member is? im not going to get into a debate from other members who may have strong repsonses as my first post was "sarcastic" with a joking side to it, stating poor new users who get pounced on so to speak i hope in time Little breeder will put everyone out of there misery, to stop the paranoia.
 
The format is exactly the same & if LB has no connection what so ever to KR I will eat one of my horses!! They are all the same they never actually share anything with us, no photos no real information on their breeding, nothing. Most people on here on the otherhand have even if it is in their signatures. So do I get the butcher ready, I think my horses are pretty safe dont you........

So do we, southside, so do we!! Maybe they will be encouraged by your support to post something more about themselves and put us all out of our misery. (Like I am really, really miserable at the thought that we might not hear from them/him/her/it. Can we all bear the suspense??? I think I might have to go and have a G&T to help me handle my paranoia)
 
I too find it a litle odd that "Little breeder" seems to be in amazingly regular contact with more than one of the suppliers yet is reluctant to come forward and introduce themselves.
I don't think I have ever seen a newbie fly straight for the jugular unless they have intimate knowledge of the forum and it's regulars.
I think there will always be several camps on the KR subject, those who have been insulted and treated badly in business by him, those who know nothing about him or his doings and care even less, and those who for one reason or another wish to keep well in with him.
I don't think anyone will ever change their opinions, nor should they feel pressured to do so, I think the chap's an absolute Ar** and others obviously think the sun shines out of his .....!
Trying to be completely objective this Little Breeder doesn't quite ring true, hence the doubts, so you can't blame anyone for being suspicious, let's face it, how many alias' has he had now ? 7!!!!!!!
 
Oh SSS I think my horses are safe, I have read too many of KRs msgs. He has a distinct way of writing & if it was not for the way he attacked others I would be still giving him the benefit of the doubt. Trust us, LB is connected if not the GF then Ken himself.
