My darling little Stanley is one today! Just a few pictures to celebrate some of the special moments from year one. He has been the best wee dog i could have asked for

He's so cute!!! Bet he gets away with anything, just has to give you one look with those eyes! And such a great name too, my cat is also called Stanley and he's brilliant too :D

He does. I am awful and shout at OH if he gives him into trouble. Fortunately he is an angel so I haven't ruined him!
Stanley the cat sounds excellent. An all round smasher of a name :)

They really are Tiarella. He is a total trooper - brave and outgoing, great with people, so obedient it is like he can speak English! I sometimes wonder if he feels a bit put out that he spends his time running about yards rather than in handbags but he seems happy with it. I adore him.
Bellasophia he gets Stan too occasionally but Stanny more often - not sure he is manly enough to pull off Stan! I call him Scoops at home

Omg I love everything about this thread.

And where did you get that bed cover? I actually !!!!NEED!!!! it.

Stanley is gorgeous. My daughter has a chihuahua called Bear and I could tell from the first cute puppy photo that was the breed. They are such a bold dog, I would never have believed it if I didn't have first hand experience of Bear. He is so playful and brave with my 4 - a big lab x, a Skipperkee, a patterdale and a Lhasa. I really want one in years to come, they are such good companions.

Bear sounds great :) i have met some chis that fit the stereotype but actually they have been few and far between and the majority have been just as you describe him- brave, playful and loyal as hell. Always up for a cuddle too.
