Really dreadful, but why they cant trace the owners from the microchip god only knows after all they know his name.
Your title is misleading Im against all forms of cruelty to whatever animal is involved and in all its many forms
That includes bull fighting whether its from a horse or otherwise .
I hope you all signed the petition to save Lennox which is another form of cruelty.

I saw this in the dog press a little while ago, shocking. It does seem strange they can't trace the chip back to either an owner or breeder. I can't imagine why anyone would do this to a dog, maybe someone wanted a fighting dog and he didn't make the grade. Sadly I think Dogues are becoming yet another status dog and therefore some are ending up in the wrong homes, I have seen some awful specimens walking round locally, so suspect there is a byb somewhere cashing in on the demand for them.
