Warnings about Warnings! (to do with horse boxes)

I want to share with you some information about sharing horse boxes and similar.

I'm the founder of Emergency Equine Assistance
http://sites.google.com/site/eeauk1/ which is a mutual support group for equestrians travelling with horses. Free to join, and all that. It is running in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the USA.

Recently, H&H Issued a "Warning" about my social support group. Unfortunately, the Industry Expert they asked for an opinion seems to have a conflict of interest, and could feel his customers would leave that business and come to my free one. (Both could co-exist nicely).

The point is... I have read another article now where H&H have issued the same WARNING about the British Eventing Buddy System (17 June 2010).

So people, don't be bullied into not practicing social kindness.

you need to understand the laws most of which originate from europe are supposed to protect road users from dangerous goods vehicles by licencing them and giving them a strict set of rules about how long a driver can drive without a break and the mainternance of the lorry. .. there is a alowance for private people to use lorrys for their hobbys like carrying horses, race cars, vintage tractors etc however when you start doing things for other people with these lorrys you need to be carefull as some things could be viewed as reward and then you may find yourself in trouble, sadly there are a few people who flout the law and pretend to be private when they are running a business , it might be hard to prove your motive if you were stopped with a strangers horse/s on board it may invaldate your insurance also .. so we need to be very carefull how we use our transport,
