Warts, Sarcoids, Granulated scar tissue or other??? Help!

Hi, bought this horse a week ago, didn't notice the marks on his nose at viewing - which I normally would have picked up on, which leads me to believe they weren't there or definitely weren't as big...he came off the lorry a week after viewing with these marks, they dont appear to have changed although I think there are tiny versions popping up slowly (although cant be sure they werent there when he turned up) I am leaning towards it being warts, however, he is 7, so more likely to be sarcoids perhaps, but tiny ones popping up at that rate...? They dont bother him, and the previous owner says its where his horsey neighbour took chunky out of him, but i dont think the mini bumps match this theory either. Was messing around this evening with them, and one of the small ones came off, bled a bit and then stopped, if you fiddle with the big ones they do become red filled with blood...I will stop fiddling now! Any ideas? They dont appear to have changed much during the week, if anything got slightly smaller, in the morning when they have gotten wet from the dew on the grass they look particularly pink...dont know what else to say, hope someone can help! Just look like scabs to me, ours them on their faces in late summer, think they are some kind of fly or insect, end up with little round scabs, picked them off once they were dry and no problems after that.
Doesn't look like sarcoids to me or warts, don't worry :)
 
Just leave them alone and they will prob clear up by themselves. Don't look like warts to me, but either way there's nothing to be gained from picking at them except maybe causing more infection, so my advice would be to stop fiddling with them!
