My 9 year old lurcher has a few lumps, which look like little warts, he has one on his neck and one behind his ear, possibly more but he is so hairy its hard to tell, anyway he had been scratching yesterday and made the one on his neck bleed, im worried if he keeps knocking it and making it bleed it will get infected.

Assuming they are warts is there anything i could put on them to get rid of them? Or could it be something other than just warts?

He also has a little soft lump above his eye, it isn't sore to touch (he would let me know if it was), it is really small and you wouldn't notice it unless you knew it was there (if that makes sense)

. He sometimes scratches that aswell, not very often but i have caught him doing it and stopped him, i don't think it is related to the lumps on his neck and behind his ear though, the ones behind his ear and on his neck are really small and pink and quite hard, whereas the one on his eye is really squishy, there is hair covering it aswell unlike the ones on his neck and ear.

My dog had a lump on the inside of her ear, took her to vets just to double check and he said it was nothing to worry about, he actually made it worse by picking it!!

My border terrier has a couple of little warts, they really dont bother him at all except the woman that gave him a haircut last week caught one and now its sore.

Could the one on his eye be a cyst? Our Rhodesian ridgeback has a big soft lump on top of her head, you can move it and she shows no discomfort at all. The vet says she thinks its just a cyst and as long as its causing no pain to just leave it be.

Our old dog is covered in warts and cysts. He had some taken off when he was younger but vet now says there is nothing to worry about, so we leave them on. He is a pain and licks the warts til they bleed though (dog, not vet

Take him to your vet if you're worried.
