One of the girls on the yard asked me to post this...
She recently bought 13 yo TB 16.2hh (ish). The horse has had a few issues - sore mouth, back etc. which are all sorted / being sorted. As she was in pain she's reared a few times. Once the physio checks her again she wants to bring in a rider to work the horse a few times, who will be able to sit calmly if she misbehaves and help the horse see she's not in pain, so ok to be ridden. The yards in Leamington - any suggestions? Thank you.

:-). She's a bit nervous and the aim is for someone to stay on, so the horse gets more confident. the horse has been fine before the rearing... it's about paying someone to school.

Your best bet is to find someone that deals with problem horses, or breaks horses in. Not sure many people would volunteer to get on a horse that has back problems and the owner wont ride for fear of falling off....
