How do you guys wash yours? I don't have a power washer and the local garage don't have one anymore

And don't say do it by hand, would take me forever!

Might have to hire a powerwasher?

I think you can get power washers quite cheap from Argos and the like. Our yo just uses a hose and brush tho' if you have an outside tap.

YM has a power hose and dose ours. But there is also a lorry wash down the road which is handy. When it goes to be plated at the lorry place they also clean it for us with a pressure washer.

Ermm, nope

She hasn't been washed since she was completed in December!

I have just phoned Rocket Supa Wash near the yard, and they do them for £12 so we are off there tomorrow afternoon

I'm going to be cheeky and ask YO if I can borrow his! Hopefully he will feel sorry for me being a hop along, am bored stiff sat here with my leg up! Sure leggie can manage an hour of power washing???

just make sure you have a good paint job before putting a pressure washer on it... first time i used a pressure washer on my first big lorry, just before Windsor, the paint came off in sheets, leaving bare metal. so much for sprucing it up for the 3-day...

use a mop or something that you would use on kitchen floor, long handle whilst standing on steps always works - then if you have one a long hose - wouldnt power was it though

If you did want a pressure washer I am sure I saw some in Lidi last week...(opps have I just admitted I go to Lidi....?!)

If you saw my horsebox you would understand why I can power wash it!!!! Its being re-sprayed in the next couple of months, then I will be more careful!
But this is it, so as you can see, it does'nt matter!

The extending handle 'broom' type of caravan washer, with wash and wax tablets, on a hose
Halfords do them

We bought an extending brush/sponge at a county show last year for £15, it attaches to the hosepipe and reaches right to the roof.
you do get wet I'm afraid as it runs down the handle, but it does a decent job!
Or spend £99 on the shopping channel for a karcher power washer and tools, their round patio cleaner is brilliant and would clean it easily I reckon.
I am about to try it on ours as it contains the water and I might not get so wet...

I went and enquired at the garage round the corner from the yard that currently do not have a car wash, and they are getting a hand one in!!!!!!! They said they would do the lorry - so for the amount of times I actually wash it, I will pay them to do it! (When its been sprayed!)
