washroom for the ponies

Can anyone give me some advice on a washroom for my mini shetlands ? We are building a mini american stone barn with six stables and one will be a washroom,Iv been told a power shower would be good but what about floors walls and anything else ?

I'm fantasising about one of these!

All I can think of from the ones I've seen is some rubber matting on the floor and walls, drainage (obviously!), and a lot of them have the solarium thingy for drying them in comfort afterwards - useful for you I would have thought with those shaggy coats.

The yard we're hoping to move to has a washroom, with an overhead hose boom and shower type hot/cold tap fittings. A long hose allows us to wash legs, manes etc.
There are also cross tie posts to keep the beasties still and places to store/hang things (also used for washing/drying girths/boots etc.

The box has a roughened concrete floor rather than mats - would need to lift mats regularly to prevent dirt and debris getting everywhere and a central drain with a gravel trap. Solarium is just across the (covered) yard
