Was watching the two babies (filly 10 days old and colt 3 days old) and they are so funny! We took a big purple feed bucket out to give some food to their mums and the filly (likes the bucket) comes over nudges the bucket and steps in it with one front leg, can't work out how to get her leg out again and when she does she pulls the bucket over and it bops her on the head!! Aww!!
Colt on the other hand was laying down, he proceeds to get up like a camel i.e. bum first and struggles to get up with his front legs! He comes over to the bucket and tries his hardest to get in it! He had his front legs in lying down position almost in the bucket, his head IN the bucket and his back legs straight and bum in the air! Then proceeded to get up and stagger backwards into mum!
They are so funny to watch!
