Water infection??

Just had a call from the yard and my horse is having problems weeing. I have been leaving his bed up during the week during the day and then when I put it down he pee's for England. So, today I left part of it down but he's really aggitaed and has wee dripping from his willy and he's really aggitated. Do you think that it could be a water infection where he has hung on to it for so long in the past? Is this a sign?

Can they put his bed down, incase he is just desprate for a wee, but doesn't want to do without his normal bed (some are really funny if they think their legs will be splashed).

They have put his bed down but he's not weeing - think it could be a slight infection....

It could be an infection. When he pees does he drop or just drizzle from inside? If he isnt peeing I would get the vet out asap, it cause some major problems if he cant get it out.
