Well took my mare and my dales(friend riding dales) xc schooling at the weekend.....after numerous walks through the water and several just dropping in off the side we thought we would try the tiny log etc....well he obviously had other ideas...unfortunately we didnt pack arm bands lol

My friend's mare did this with her at a similar jump, she made the same kind of noise but gripped like a flippin leech to stay on .
