Hey all...

Would anybody be able to post me a picture of a correctly fitted waterford baucher? im been advised to ride my boy in one but jst unsure as to how it should look when fitted correctly..

well this isnt much help as
a) he has bit guards on
b) its a hole too low, you can see it sags slightly where it rests on the flash
Sorry! But I fitted it in the same way as any other bit, so that it doesnt bang on his teeth but isnt wrinkling up his lips something chronic. Because my horse never had a plain noseband XC, I always had to fit it slightly higher as otherwise it rested on the bottom strap of the flash/grackle/drop, or I would have let it be.

fit it normally, but take the shanks (when in his mouth) and lightly lift each side together towards his ears - if the cheek pieces bulge outwards then the bit needs to go up a hole or two - then you will get maximum control out of it

when fitted you should have 1 and half rinkles at the side
