can you put bit guards on a waterford 3 ring and yes I did go up 1/2 inch bigger, thanks.

I believe you can, I use a waterford loose ring and can't see a reason why I couldn't use bit guards if I wanted to.

Yes, I have a dutch gag waterford that has bit guards on it............

I have them on my waterford to stop the links catching in the corner of the mouth my horse is sensitve to things like that

Yes you can, just that putting them on any 3/4 gag can be a interesting feat!!

thanks guys I used a bit of fairy liquide in the end worked a treat getting them over the rings.
