Waterpoof winter coat recommendations please!

I'm after a new coat for winter, something like the musto combination, but before I splash out, does anyone have any good (and preferably cheaper!) alternatives? I would prefer a breathable one as I hate that clammy feeling you can get with some waterproof jackets, and reasonable length so that the tops of my legs don't get soaked!
 
I have a few Musto in varying shapes and lengths. They are all totally waterproof and breathable. I bought a couple on E-bay second hand and still great condition, worthy looking. I also love Pikeur (rather expensive) and Ariat Woodlander.
 
Looks like Musto is the way to go then! Couldn't find the Ariat one when I googled it, willl have to have a look around :)
