Waterproof boots that aren't welly boots

Ariat Glaciers, I've had mine two years and they are waterproof in ankle deep mud!

I also use them for dog walking and I was VERY pleased to be wearing them during my mile and a half walk home on foot leading my footy pony last weekend!

My mud and water is over my ankles in places though - warm wellies are what I need, especially when my big lump of a horse tries to barge past me in his rush to get into his warm dry stable. Knocked me off my little tiny island of slightly more solid ground and ensured water got inside my muckers

My riggers come half up my calves. And COSY.

Still getting frustrated with finding comfortable waterproof wide calf fitting boots, I love the long mucker type boots, they are comfy warm and lovely and wide fitting but sadly not waterproof.... why oh why can't someone produce a waterproof version of this....

and boy am I impressed with myself as I actually managed to upload a photo.... hard much...!!!
