Waterproof but not warm

has anyone every found any jodhpurs/breeches that are waterproof but they aren’t fleece lined or thermal?

I will have to ride in the rain but I get too warm in anything thermal/fleecy

I’ve got some Ornella Prosperi waterproof overtrousers for riding. They are satin lined but no padding whatsoever. Yet to try them in rain!

I've just bought a Dopo Coat riding skirt for the same reason - if trousers/jods/tights are waterproof they are immediately designed for cold weather and too warm for me!
