Waterproof head to tail over rugs

And following on from my request for a human coat, now I want a horse one!!

A plastic mac or similar that I can chuck over Rosie and her tack and rugs to stop her getting drowned at a show?

Preferably one that hooks up with her bridle, does up under her neck and comes down quite low on her body to protect everything.

Which are the best rugs and where can I buy them?

Again, want waterproof, not showerproof

I think robinsons had/do them for about a tenner? But not a neck cover, just a normal "rug" style...

Ive got a Premier Equine one which is really good, Id say its waterproof rather than just shower proof but I do use a proper turnout type one if its absolutely pelting it down for a long time.

That sounds like a great idea ... I have been looking for various things to help me ride in the rain and have stumbled across some useful things. I found some waterproof leg guards for horses but the most useful thing I have bought was a waterproof case for my ipod and phone. I got it from here - they don't sell anything horse specific but I LOVE listening to music while I'm going on quiter rides.

Would love to hear if you find these waterproof coats for horses.
