Waterproof jackets

any reccomendations for Autumn/winter waterproof jackets for riding and general wear?

I have yet to find something truly waterproof and warm yet breathable for a reasonale price and if I do not make a purchase soon I will be soaked and frozen

I have a harry hall one which is lovely has lasted ages and I definetly well worn also washes well

I just put a similar thread on the New Lounge and every there recommended the Musto combo jacket, so I have one on order with Derby house!

Shires winter calgary we use them every winter, nice and snuggy, windproof and v warm - lovely!! just begining to think about looking it out ready for this year!

Musto all the way for me.

Not cheap - but my riding coat is about five years old now, and still looks brand new. It's warm, breathable and totally waterproof.

Another vote for Musto - have both the combination and the snug blouson - both are fantastic and worth the money IMHO
