Waterproof Rug!

Depending on what make suits the shape of your horse the Horseware Amigo 1200 is brill. and I think they have a guarentee of waterproofness as well. Also how much body warmth does your horse create as that will help evaporate any minor leaks that may seep in . If he/she doesnt create much then a slightly warmer rug maybe better to ensure dryness.

He's got an Amigo lite which is lovely but I tend now to get the ones with shoulder gussets as he's quite broad. He had a weatherbeeta on today (which he had last Dec, not worn much) but it was soaked! He hates the wet,but doesn't mind cold, he's got a blanket clip.
 
Amigo 1200 XL, comes in medium and light weight with detachable neck. Perfect for broad shoulders!!!! Made for broad shouldered horses. And still perfectly dry when we just when to see him! ;)
