waterproof trousers with elasticated ankles

Hello my lovelies, I am looking for the above. All I can find is waterproof trousers with velco ankle tapes or stud type fastenings on the ankle.

I need elasticated ankles - does anyone own a pair. If so, please can you let me know what make they are or where you bought them.

Oh the excitement, what dress sense I have!!!!
