Hello!!
It's been a couple of years since I was last on here!! There was quite a few people following my chaps progress, as i posted a lot of updates about him from when i first chose him at 3 months old to my last post where he was 3 years old!
So he is now rising five and turning into my dream horse - i adore him!! He has really filled out in the 18 months since i last posted and now stands around 16.3 with a little more to come yet. He is five in May and I have not rushed him at all - due to being a warmblood and being a late developer - i've always been conscious as to how much he does..
So up to this date, he has done a little bit of schooling - to establish our walk/trot/canter work and control, he hacks out alone/company - we went to the beach for the first time last week (he loved it!), he's been on hound exercise once and hunted once - he was a complete gent and I had a fab few hours out on him! We've popped a couple of small jumps - a little log (out hunting) and a tyre jump out on our hacks - but that's all in regards to jumping, I am very aware his joints need time and there is NO rush with him!
I'm confident he will mature even more and become my ultimate dream horse - I think i have chosen well !! I love the fact you can drop him for 2 weeks and pick him up and he's still exactly the same!! He is such a brave boy too and tries his heart out for me every time he's ridden!
Here's some pictures and sorry for the babbled post, it's been a while and i'm worrying no one will remember us!!!
