So following my previous thread, little grey pony and I trundled down to the venue with no problems, stage one complete.
Got there an hour before my test and let him have a bite to eat and take in the atmosphere before heading to the warm up. No issues in the warm up, state two complete.
Within 5 mins I was called in for my test... Whattttt?! The 2 people previous to me had not shown up which meant I was 15 mins early.. Oh god.
Into the dressage arena of doom.... Well gp certainly had his dancing shoes on and was impeccably behaved despite ponies cantering in the field next to the arena and the scary banners of doom... Not to mention the car horn start. Almost through the test and my sat nav had a blip, missed the change of rein... Never mind quickly corrected down the centre line salute and run for the exit!!! Extatic that gp behaved like a pro and kicking myself for loosing my bearings.
Nevertheless hacked back home and went to get my test sheet with the hopes of a frilly completely out of the window... Well we ended up getting 68.9% and a 6th!!! Pretty frilly, we'll behaved pony and a well deserved glass of vino for me... Over the moon! Thank you all for your help on previous thread :)

Brilliant, and a lovely report!

For future reference, they can't insist you go in earlier than your time. Ask, yes, but not require it.

Enjoy the wine, and the planning for the next one!

^^^ this .... such a shame that they expected you to go in after such a short warm up, and the point is that they are supposed to keep to test times to enable competitors to plan ahead.

Thank you all for your help and kind words!! I had no idea re timings but atleast I know for next time... I can't wait to get out again, I forgot how much I miss the buzz!! Onwards and upwards :)
