Daughter said it will never settle its too wet. My reply was ya think? Its already settling

We have had about 2 inches so far I would say and no sign of it letting up either

I'm just 14 miles north of Peterborough, and we've had sleet and rain most of the day but now it's turned to snow. Not settling yet though, as the ground is too wet... I'm really hoping it doesn't settle, because I can't ride my moped on icy snowy roads and I'll be stranded at home!

No snow here in North East Derbyshire thankfully,dont mind freezing weather in fact quite welcome it as it means no mud for a while,dont even mind the snow just the thought of it melting and making everything even wetter.

Just started snowing and its coming down quite fast. Isnt sticking yet but if it comes down any heavier like its forecasted then i think it will stick. Thats Walsall area, i really thought we had had the last of the bad weather looks like was wrong.
