To Eland Lodge in October for the hunter trial finals!
Am very shocked happy and surprised. It was our first 80cm novice class (we did 70cm mini's last year) and I know he's not the fastest horse on the planet as we haven't done a huge amount of fast work yet.....but, we did both the pairs and individual with a 2nd in both and our qualification card!
I'm over the moon. It was quite a challenging course (I thought anyway, in regards to angles and jump positioning landing down hill, taking off on steep inclines etc).
In our individual the optimum time was 6m35.....we did it in 6m36, so 1 second away from a joint first/0.4 time fault!
Pointless post! Happy dancing right now!
