I collected £300 worth of wall cladding yesterday (beige) boards as they where cheapest (will need lots more). eak, I tried to take pics of the room but me phone is crap, the digi camera is broke, so pics where dark, but we have not even done half of the first part of room, so will have time to get pics.

The room is dark/dank and smelly at present and full of spiders :( and had paving stone floor.
So the plan is, balck tiles for whole of floor, 3 walk in kennels for rehilitating broken greys, small kitchen area, 4 small build kennels for tinys, basically a clean looking clinical type room.
All thanks to the moneys raised from the hoodies and donations from lovely people here.
Im so chuffed the boards made the room (part we did) look fab an this should make me mams life easier after her spinal surgery as she will beabe to have dogs in one room and less in house.

*will be back to mams tomorrow*, so will try and take better pics from OH camera.

Just a bit of an update.

If you haven't already got the tiles don't use black. Dark colours don't show up blood or colour of any secretions.

Homebase & B&Q both do decent tiles for about £6 a sq metre. I have apricot in the kennels as it looks warmer than the beige.

Have not got em yet, just saw the black on offer at B n Q and thought they may look better with the beige walls, I would never have gotten away with black walls, as one room has little natural light, but thought black floor would stay cleaner looking in winter and go better with wall, but I can get lighter floor tiles if best.

LMAO, well we are puting a settee in for merlin, caz,and sunny, those are me mams dog thats share the indoor doggy room in the house, so if u can fit on with a clown of a greyhound, a rotti and a shaggy lurcher plus your 3, then yeah, they will love lying on ya (the more the merrier) and u will have a kitchen:D

You're not far wrong there Cayla:D. I have found things with zips are so much easier to put on and off, and the hoody fits the bill perfectly. I'm going to do a rescue follow up visit this morning so not wearing it today, thought it might confuse them.:p
