We went one better

So bit of a stessful day yesterday. Vet turned up late for the vaccinations which put me in a bit of a flap to get everything else done on time. Got over to bath/plait and had plenty of time which was great. Yet again Willow just stood there as good as gold.
Went home and got a call to say mum was stuck in traffic and the police were being as useful as chocolate fireguards with driecting the traffic. Well she eventually got home, packed the car up and went to pick the trailer up.
Got to my friend/instructors yard, loaded Willow and off we set to Newark & Notts County Show.
Got there at 8pm ish, put Willow in her stable - she settled straight away (yes can I have a handful of Willows please?) then went to sort the living out to sleep in.
So this morning she was awake when it was breakfast time but fast asleep an hour later when it was time to start getting ready for the class. Eventually got her up and done then straight into the ring.

We only went and WON it!!!!!

So pleased with her

. The judge said she was lovely and would look even better in 12 months time - filled out a bit more and more grown up.

So thats Willows first 2 shows over and done with. Chantins making her first debut at a show under saddle tomorrow. God knows how shes going to behave. Maybe I better take a calmer to make sure I dont wind her up or stress her out

cheers - no Ive checked the website and they arent on yet. Dont think theyre going to be on till the 16th. We only managed to get some photos done in the championship and thats only because I managed to catch the photographer before we went in the ring!
