I recently "upgraded" the ginger ones over reach boots, from the rubber variety to the soft neoprine ones.
Now given the size she requires cost almost £30 a pair from the tack shop, today (having had them a whole whopping 5 weeks) the ruddy things are falling apart!

They are disintergrating around the bottom and the stitching is coming away from the velcro fastenings.
So who do i complain to? The comapny who makes them, or do i return them to the tack shop with reciept (even though its been 5 weeks)?
If they were cheap rubber things i would just buy a new pair but these cost more than half of what a set of her shoes do!

Take them back to the shop, they should have lasted better than that.

I do think though that the rubber ones do tend to last better

Take them back to the shop.
They might try and fob you off and tell you to contact the company but legally as you bought the product from them, your contract is with them so they should put it right.
