Wind was vile on the coast overnight - took ages to get to sleep, and today's just been disgusting.

It was 12 degrees 1st thing at yard, it's 4 now and still raining and due to drop further when rain stops.
Anyone got a warm dry gaff I can pitch up at to avoid the next fortnight's forecasted weather?

MIL had been sending updates from the buoys close to their house - they have a house directly on a beach on the South coast, generally beautiful, but I'm very glad I've not been there over NY 
We are in-land some and it's been vile enough here. I faffed a-plenty about which rugs to put on tonight.
Can we skip to Summer now please? I promise not to moan l about dodgy tan lines, lost fly masks and hard ground.

Wanna worm for encysted reds, then?! Every cloud....2-3 inches of snow here *sigh* And with the forecast down to -5 tonight and not appearing to get much above freezing for the next week to 10 days it might hang around for long enough. Deep joy

I did that at the start of December when it was -7
It's never a problem finding a suitable time to worm for encysted here!!!

We had very heavy snow this afternoon it didnt lay though, it is too wet and it is currently 1 degree, to get to -5 overnight! Yippee
