I Know I Know ..... but the weather is so awful, I thought I better start thinking about winter rugs .... which is really depressing.

Does anyone know if Weatherbeeta are going to do their Taka Heavy this year. And if so, what weight will it be? It used to be a 400g rug.

I have looked on thier website but so far they are only promoting their Spring / Summer range .... and there is no way of contacting them direct.

Hope you peeps out there can help?

Thank you

Teagan

I have the Weatherbeeta Landa lite for summer...Weatherbeeta standard for autumn...Weatherbeeta Orican for winter...I also have a Weatherbeeta flysheet and I am toying with the idea of a Weatherbeeta Joules stable rug! They were all around £50 and some lasted 6ish years!!

oohhh I got all excited then, card at the ready to buy a new rug and they don't have our size

not that she needs one!!! can't resist a bargain!!

Equestrian Clearance are fab, I just bought, 2 Landa 100g Freestyle, 1 Landa 220g and 1 Orican 300g full neck for our 2 horses at the bargain price of under £200.00 including postage !!! Made up !

However, it is the Taka Contour/Freestyle that I need for the depth of winter (as they are both fully clipped out), to replace their old ones and unfortunately the brilliant Equestrian Clearance dont have them in our size. Bummer !

Should not have looked at this thread - just ordered a Landa Medium rug for my horse! Do I really need it, not really! I have some sort of problem that makes me buy rugs!!! Means I can put his other one away for repairing I suppose!!
