I have horseware rugs and bought a new one & looking to buy a weatherbeeta, are they true to size my mare takes a 6'3 in horseware? Thanks

I find horseware come up bigger than other rugs.Usually by about one size.

I would say they are true to size ... my TB wears a 6' in both makes, if that helps

I buy the same size in both makes, WB have the chest straps for adjusting.

Has anyone had any experience of shires rugs? I love their colours! My mare is a tb 15.3 but she takes a 6'3!

I have just ordered a Weatherbeater Landa from Equestrian Clearance but bought a 6'6 as that is all they had in stock. My mare usually takes 6'3" but I am guessing this bigger size will be fine - she is very big chested! Really hoping it arrives on Monday.

Aren't you sick to death of trying to dry out rugs?!!

Majority os my rugs are Horseware but I have Wetherbeeta as well and both makes I keep in a 6'3 although the Wetherbeeta is slightly wider on the shoulders and chest but they are adjustable unlike the Horseware

I find Shires come up really small...and although they seemed nice initially, they didn't wear or wash well.
WB are the right size.

i have also just bought 2 WB rugs...waiting for em to arrive....6.9. for my TB, n 7" for my irish mare

I also got a kingshead for my yearling.... not had one before , but was impressed with the good fit nice n roomy for his big behind,,,LOL......I got a 6" 6... YES, he is only a yearling !!! gonna be a big boy
