Also in stable yard - as title really, any opinions? Had 1 lovely reply in stable yard but would like to hear other peoples experiences. Thanks.

Yup, got it last Xmas, its great, fits my mare beautifully and is so versatile.

Only downside I've found is it can be difficult to find extra liners; I'd like a 100g one, but I can't find anywhere that stocks them in 6'3".

I have them for all three of mine. They have generous chests so they fit all of mine, good quality for the price, the outside is quite tough, the neck stays in place and it's easy to change over bits.

The only thing I find disappointing is that although you can buy the underrug and neck separately, if the top rug rips you have to buy the entire three rug again - a bit of a rip off that!

Brilliant rugs, the lining is good as you can make it warmer or not so warm, the neck doesn't leak and it fits brilliantly. And like all weatherbeeta's they are very durable :)

Tristars have been discontinued so you will find it very difficult to find many more liners...I've been searching for them in 6'3 too!

I have managed to locate a 300g liner from this place to complete my set http://www.houghtonsaddlery.co.uk/ happy purchasing :)

Thats probably why they are so cheap, the ones I found are £109.95. My mare has a Rambo Duo and love it but wondered what these are like as my other horse needs a good rug for winter thats layerable. The price is good too and he is wide across his chest, the Landa he has fits him well so may well just get one ordered.

Thanks guys for that!!

I wondered if they had, as they're no longer mentioned on the Weatherbeeta website, shame cos they're great rugs.

I've been tossing up whether to get a 100g in 6' or 6'6 instead, or just go for a different make and hope it doesn't slip (annoyingly I have managed to find both 200g and 300g in 6'3, its just the weight I want that appears to have sold out. Stupid generic sized horse, next time I'm getting a shire or a pony!)

Bet if you get the Rambo Duo liners they will fit!!

I have got one one of these rugs and find it brilliant.

The Rambo Duo liners fit them but I find you need a size smaller. My 6'9" Tristar has a Duo Liner at 6' 6" otherwise they hang out of the back a bit.
