wee patches in the field!!!

Hi, odd question but does anyone find they have patches in their fields their horses just wont graze, we poo pick the field all of the time and there are still large patches they just wont touch, I presume they are wee patches! lol

yes there are toilet patches

my field is not poo-picked so i notice them more
they always grow longer skankier grass and weeds and i've noticed that they always use the same area even after 8months away from that field!!!

Is the grass dead? D's wee patches are bare earth from where she has weed on them so much.

Baileys likes to have a patch of long grass to wee on and as he is a very short paddock has made himself 2 nice patches, one at either end of the field for weeing on!

moomin, I had the same conversation with Mum and sister yesterday while we were poo picking, we do our droppings religiousley everyday and we have certain areas that he doesnt eat, I wondered if it was from the people who lived here before us, they never poo picked, but we have been here 11 years so maybe not. But some of my house sitting clients, poo pick every day and there fields are like a lawn all the field eaten evenly, no long patches, so Iam puzzled too.

Umm il just presume they are wee patches then, the grass is'nt always dead, they just wont eat bits of it!
I wish they would as their wasting area's, and it would look nicer! lol
