Weekday Plans - w/c 10th Nov

feeling very accomplished today! we had an arena hire booked but the weather is absolutely atrocious, didn’t want to cancel/rearrange so off we went anyway, and i’m so impressed with lily! she just cracked on with it, the odd little spook but i’m super proud of her attitude today, she’s usually a twit in a new arena, and in bad weather sideways wind, cold and wet, so proud of myself for toughing it out too as i’m making an effort not to be a fair weather rider anymore lol

My weekday plans? The usual: swearing at arena hires, other people in the arena, the weather, the dark, more dark, the cold, the rain, the yard's wintertime 430pm hacking curfew , and at other people using trails which stops me from trotting/cantering on them (it's 3pm on a Wednesday....don't you all have real jobs???), and I do not have the time to sit here for five minutes waiting for you to catch your f**cking dog before I turn into a pumpkin.

I'll become more magnanimous in March.
