Weekend at Crofton Manor Report

been to see the sea this weekend !!!

Saturday had the 1.25m speed stakes fastest time but a fence !!!!

then the Grand Prix which was 1.40m he jumped a lovely clear round very pleased as this is only his 3rd class at this hight !!

16 into the Jump Off so they put it up a bit i tried not to look but someone today told me it was about 1.55m - 1.60m !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

he had 3 down but i was so pleased he has never jumped anywhere near that big ever before !!!

today was the Grade C qualifier jumped well but had a fence in the JO fastest time then the last 2 in went clear so he was in 3rd !!!! Top 2 qualify which is a little annoying

Anyway photo of the big fences (these are from first round so you can imagine how big JO was) !!

thanks it was only his 3rd ever 1.40m so to go clear was amazing the jump off was just ridiculous at one point i was going to pull him out of it xx

I think it is amusing that it is only at this height where he starts to really make a fantastic shape over a fence- he looks amazing! Well done, what a super horse he is

ha ha i know when they are smaller i swear he just jumps higher and doesnt bother to pick his legs up !!!!

Thats louise pavitt she is lovely and rides him so well - though scares the
***** out of me on him in speed classes and jump offs - he was 5 seconds quicker yesterday x
