....but I'm going away early tomorrow and am feeling miserable and tired. Too much work....

I have no weekend plans, really as am working up North on Sat, but am going to Nurstead to watch on sunday

Hoping to go to Withington Horse Trials on Sunday for the Intermediate. Keeping fingers crossed for more rain as probably no point going otherwise as ground could be very hard. If not do a bit of BSJA down here with both of them as we have had a good bit of rain down here.
 
Berkshire Riding Centre as chief groom for OH to do the PSG on Hils. Its the thought of the weekend and the fact I only have two more sleeps keeping me going!

Hi Finn - cheer up, don't like to see you down!

I have got a XC at MK on Sat with Mary-Anne Trevor-Roper....its a R&T special and hopefully she'll show me how to use my stopwatch and time myself properly (although 4faulter who leant me his watch has given me tonnes of tips already).

Was hoping to squish a SJ lesson in on Sunday but I think I'll take it easy instead - he was out both Sat & Sun last week and it might be nice to do a chilled out hack.

How is Finn/N etc?
 
I will be going over to addington fri / sat to kick someones butt who messed up their SJ at MKEC yesterday.
Sunday taking OH for dressage training yet again.

For the 6th weekend in a row I can't go anywhere, and for the second week in a row its because we have lost a shoe (another one!) and can't find a farrier

I'm hoping to go and watch at leeds castle on sunday tho, see what we need to aim for with our showing as we've never done it before!
 
My horse and I are both doing our first ever ODE and Ardingly, not sure the horse is quite ready for it but I guess we will soon see.
 
Lesson Sat am, then sorting kit and horse out for Nurstead Court PN on Sunday which includes a very, very early start as dressage at 9am and I live about 3hrs away....yay!
 
Not really exciting plans, just N30 on Archie at Sparsholt on Sunday.

Hacking out Saturday with friends and thats it. Nothing too hectic for once which is nice

I am cleaning tack and pony on Sat! Then off to Nurstead on Sunday for Spiders 2nd PN.

Going to be weird just taking one to an event after doing 2 this year!! But then if I can get the new horse registerred asap he may be going up to just do the dress and SJing at Nurstead so we will see!

Well lesson with new dressage trainer on Thurs eve - then have dressage P17 and N21 at Oldencraig on Saturday - driving myself there eekkk but luckily I have roped in a groom to keep me company lol. Then Sunday I have SJ lesson with my trainer...Busy this week

Nah, i'm fine really, just shattered!

Sounds like Bust is heavily involved in preparations for MK. Feel a bit guilty for not doing it now.....
 
Yes it was in my HAmbledon report!!

Mac was good at Hambledon but just jumped the fences very SJ like! He went up and down instead of across! So unfortunately is going this week, he is off to Paul Barker to do some Sjing again. And I will have another, it is a 17hh chesnut 5yr old gelding, very exciting!!

Oh and did you see Spiders piccies in the PG at Hambledon? She was a little star!

Funny as i thought this morning ooo i can't wait to write my weekend plans up tommorrow - i am excited!!

Its our first Novice event this season at Bradwall on sunday, very excited and of course bit nervous at same time.....

Off to Keysoe again, but not competing!!! Am takin a friend (thats if we get there in one piece as it will be the first time I've driven the lorry any great distance!!!)

Note * Used to drive old lorry with horses in, but have only ever driven this one empty!!! Plan to leave two hours earlier so if you get stuck behind a blue lorry going slowly, then please be patient!!! Its probably me!
 
She really tries hard bless her, and at Hambledon she was nothing like she was at grt westwood!!

HollyJane you need to tell us more about your new one! Is this the one that is related to your lovely Spider?
 
No Tori, its called mad, 'oo I know, I haven't ridden sidesaddle for 18 months so I'll enter 2 classes in it at a fairly large show for fun' What was I thinking?!!

Saturday I mucking out a winter of deep litter from Donkey's stable - the stables are on dirt floor so have been deep littering but want to get it to mucking out fully once a week - will take all day with Bumble Dog assisting in case of any pesky mice!!!!!!!

Sunday - was hoping to do the Belvoir sponsored ride but don't think I will be now as Donkey is only just coming unwonkey

It will come when Mac is picked up which should be tomorrow or Friday, im hoping! All I know so far is it is a 17hh, 5yr old chesnut gelding who has done a bit if BSJA and been XC schooling! And it isnt the one that is related to Spider as she thinks this one would be better suited to eventing! So we will see! I will post piccies and tell you more inc breeding when I know!

Im off to a Showing Clinic with P early on Saturday morning! A quick refresher course and a nice judge to give us advice

Don't be silly - your rider had er....unforeseeable life changes! Are you still coming along to watch? Would be fab to see you.
