*Weekend plans*

Saturday I'm hopefully having a jumping lesson in preparation for jumping comp on Sunday. Then Sunday both horses are going to SJ comp. I'm really looking forward to it as it's only my boy's 2nd comp since he came back after injury. My mare will be wild as usual!

Fri - last chance to practice dr test.
Sat - jumping lesson.
Sun - combined training at The College, Keysoe. Our first novice test, but didn't have much choice really as the jumping for the prelim is tiny.
Sun eve - do a comp report which, as I'm doing 2 disciplines, will prob involve twice as many embarrassing incidents as usual...

Not had chance to ride Dell since Monday night's lesson so Saturday we need to practise our homework. Also need to school the 3 babies too (Milo, Persia and Lanka who are in various stages of backing)
Sunday I am at work in the morning so will try and fit in a hack in the afternoon weather permitting

Have fun on saturday evening, just get drunk and enjoy

Having spent all day playing ponies with LEC and pondering on how my horse is so fit and I am so miserably unfit, I have the following plans;

1. Tomorrow head into town to check out the £15 a month super-cheap gym and if it is half way decent join as otherwise pony will give me a heart-attack and there is no way I will walk the BE XC this season let alone stay on round a Novice track.

2. Dice with death and hack the stupid pony tomorrow. He thinks life is wonderfully exciting at the moment.

3. Another flat lesson on Saturday - I tell you if pounds spent on training convert into points and prizes this season I am going to be in amongst the winners...

4. Sunday a friend and I are off to Hartpury to test out the new-found SJ skills which I hope have been driven into me today!

I'm contemplating a trip to Sands Farm on saturday for some BSJA. Never been there before and from what I can work out it's about 65 miles from me so a fair trek...but we haven't been out for about a month and i'm desperate to compete Bo now he seems to have gotten his enthusiasm back. In fact, if he doesn't get to a show soon I think he's gonna burst

I managed to get a late entry for the college combined training so doing the N21 and 90cm sj, wanted to do the 1m sj but there is no way on this earth we could do an elem dr test
