I'm not hunting this Saturday due to the weather, as the meet will probably be cancelled. Instead I'll be having a lesson with my new trainer, nothing particularly exciting

Saturday got 2nd BSJA show at Towerlands - BN and Discovery.

Sunday will give Bane day off so will probably pop to local tack shop and I also need to harrow menages

Yes Rags is still with Piggy they quite like him by all accounts. He is owned by one of her owners.

Potential new one is being vetted tomorrow. Just backed rising 4 by Grannex. Lovely attitude and nice type so will have a play this year and see if she has any talent.

Yes she did really well which had so say made me feel sick. Mind you she is a very good show jumper which was his weak phase. I guess when he goes round Badminton I can say I started him!

Just booked a pick your own dressage test with baby, you ride the test then have 15 mins with the judge for advice and pointers - sounds good. have gone for p12 which is one he will do for real in a fortnight at the same venue.

And some jumping fun (just at home) with my other.

Friday - I have half day as teh vet is coming to look at Spider, fingers crossed I can start trotting her next week, am on 40mins a day walk at the mo and have been on her in the evenings and apart from a few bucks and squels she has been very well behaved

Sat - I am meant to be going to Towerland BSJA for the 90cm & 1M with Dexter (first jump show in about 8weeks!!) but he got a cut in the field Tuesday and it has swollen slightly

he is sound and im walking him but unless the swelling goes down I wont be going

Busy fun and games for me - last outings of Jan due to. a *gasp* non-horsey life the other two weekends!

Sat off to The Hand for Discovery and 1.05 open classes BSJA, then Sunday off to dressage to do N32 and N33 (I think - note to self, must learn tests!).

Sat I may go and ride a horse up the road who my auntie used to own.

Sun I'm moving all my stuff back to uni, and in the afternoon I have a 2 hour lesson ready for the uni riding club comps

For me still working on getting boys back into work attitude.... Sat watching them hunt around us and seeing them all hedgehopping

Then sunday cleaning and sort new lorry and writing list for all job to do to get it sorted for coming season

, plus then sitting down and try working out training plan for BE

S-J oooooooo very good news about vetting fingers crossed for you

SC- do you have any info on Bill L lessons/clinics?

Was thinking about that yesterday actually - chatting to someone else about it in fact but other end of country. I will chase up on it as I would like to have another lesson with him sooner rather than later.

Diva is doing elementry 53 with OH at Stilebridge tomorrow - it's her first one and I am really nervous for her! Especially as he is getting her ready on his own as I am at work so will be meeting him there. I have given him a step-by-step list of instructions of what to do (I do trust him but she is my baby

)

And then we are taking Blitz to Merrist Wood to do 2 novices on Saturday. First time out for him for a while, he hasn't been out since August. Might have to get the superglue out for OH!!!
