***Weekend Plans***

Was looking foward to this weekend - got farrier Sat lunchtime, then got a lesson booked with brilliant dressage lady, not had one with her since last summer and was very excited (was my bday pressie from mum) - but have now discovered the hunt are in the area they drive my horse totally mad, so looks like I'm gonna have to cancel as the school we'd be using is right at the end of a track they tend to go up and down!!

Hopefully the blacksmith will be finished by the time they get to us!!
Sat night out with friends as its my birthday on Sun.
Sun riding still buzzing mare and out with family Sun night.
Sometime over the weekend hoping to spk to the rider who's going to be eventing Eccs for me to arrange their first meeting!

Fri: afternoon off for a girly lunch

Sat schooling and after this morning's debacle not really sure whether to jump school or practice dr test cant do both as he jumps in pelham, but really needs some more work in the snaffle ............ gah

Sun combined training P18, and 75 cm, first time out since sept!!

this is what i'm planning on doing, but like you FMC, i now have chest infection. So after small amont of trotting, I sound like 'Muttly' in Dick Dastly cartoon and Yes if someone wants to give me a metal i'll defo except
 
Friday probably take nag for a hack and poss some schooling

Saturday hack, trying to clean mud encrusted horse/tack

Sunday going to do some trailblazers sj if the right height classes are on by the time I can get there! First time out since November!
 
Hope you enjoy your lesson with Anna Ross-Davies. I used to have her for lessons a few years ago and I thought she was lovely and an excellent teacher.

Saturday I will be hacking or maybe have a jump
Sunday I'm taking the other one to JAS at Towerlands for the Intro class. A bit scared as she hasn't really done anything like that before apart from one eventer trial at the College, so it should be interesting!
 
Saturday - work am, afternoon help run RC dressage league.

Sunday - Run and compete at RC Dressage league

Plus have work emergency phones all weekend til 8.30am Monday morning.

And....just to make you jealous...off to Australia on Wednesday for 3 and a half weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Saturday - haveing a lesson and generally not a lot !!

Sunday - Duckhurst taking my mare out who i havent competed for 2 years !! could be fun so if you see a chestnut horse like a loony in the warm up its me !!

Gadget is going to Blewbury to try and get his last Fox double clear !!!!!!!

Fri - RC Team selection thing for SJing at Duckhurst

Sat - lesson or might make my instructor school him depending whether i've recovered from cold or not

Sun - was going to Stilebridge but we were too late to enter

not sure - i used to jump her Newcomers but she had an accident so may go for the discovery and see how we go !!

I just said i will leave when im ready and jump what is on when i get there !! (is that bad??)

im going stilebridge on the 14th feb xx for the 2 prelims x
 
well tonight i have a lesson and my instructor will either say my horse isnt right and needs a vet or i am being paranoid if its the later i will be hacking one day and popping a few fences the next - no shows for me just yet!
 
I'm aiming for classes 3 and 4...but wouldn't be disaster if I did 4 and 5...so thinking i'll get there about 12:30. I reckon it could be a late one though as there are 7 classes....plus clear round until 09:45hrs...plus of course the Blue Chip Qualifier might drag a few extra's out of the woodwork

I reckon it could be busy...there's also a £100 1.25m at the end of the day...good money for Kent in deepest winter

Reckon there'd be even more if Royal Leisure didn't have a Star Qualifier on the same day !

Bo is okay in the warm-up there...but Trike usually goes for a hack down the lane instead then just pops a couple fences

Sat - Taking Wester to jump the 1.10 open and the winter novice qualifier at Addinton - to say im a bit nervous is an understatement!!!

Sun - riding Fee at home and recovering!!


Rambo - Just out of interest, what height is the Star?? I'm planning on jumping the Blue Chip Discovery (thats 1m right?) and Power (hoping thats no bigger than 1.10?) next month but I'm confused!!

The Star is only 1.10m in the first round. You're brave doing a Winter Novice though...that's Table A8...so three rounds...and will end up nearer 1.30m

All the earlier classes (Novice thru' Karma) double up as DC's for their equivilent National Qualifier
